It was clean . Finally I was first sent to a room that hadn’t been cleaned trash , beds not made. I was very tired just wanted to lay down. Had to go back downstairs and tell front desk

I always love this hotel as it's clean, comfortable and a good value. On this weekend, there was a Comic/Anime Convention and it was a lovely surprise!

The staff at Holiday Inn Biltmore West were wonderful. They go beyond in their service for the hotel guests. They were absolutely the best!!! The rooms were very nice, clean and extremely comfortable. The beds and pillows were amazing. First time since my car accident in January, that I could sleep in a bed and not wake up with my back absolutely killing me. Woke up with no back pain.

Very easy check in process. The lobby is beautiful, full of live plants and tons of natural light. The pool was very clean , nice relaxing environment. The room was spacious, the spa tub was amazing, the bed and pillows were so comfortable. Staff were super helpful. Very pet friendly.

I enjoyed my stay here while visiting downtown Asheville and the Biltmore Estate. The staff were friendly and the hotel was very clean. Check in and out went well thanks to Nina. The buffet was delicious as well as the restaurant with a bar. In addition, I felt very safe during my stay here. I do recommend if you’re in Asheville to stay at this hotel.
